Innpera Hotel - Istanbul

Noisy air conditioning was a letdown but great room upgrade and excellent location saved the day.

friendly staff, great location, slow wi-fi.

Close to taqseem square and in front of the hotel you will find mini- markets and resturents Turkish and burger king is very close

Very busy street and sometimes police blocks one way of the street to control traffic which is good for them but it makes it difficult to reach the hotel if you do not like to walk for a short distance.

Service with a smile, but noisy nights

The hotel's proximity to Taksim Square and friendly staff made our exploring easy. Upon check-in, we were touched by the warm welcome, which instantly lifted our spirits. We appreciated the extra bed provided for our baby.

Unfortunately, the noise from the street made it difficult to find rest at times, especially during the early morning hours. While the air conditioning kept the room relatively cool, it could not drown out the city's buzz. The lack of variety in breakfast options also left us wanting more.

The room was big, the bathroom was huge, the staff was very friendly.

Almost everything was perfect. The only problem was the arrangement of the shuttle to the airport at the end, was not done and had to run to take a taxi.

Excellent price-performance ratio, high-quality gym facilities, proximity to entertainment and nightlife

Noise disturbances were present . The air conditioning left much to be desired, never properly cooling the room despite several reports.

The location

The level of the personnel was very low.

Crowded breakfast area with limited food choices.

The hotel is modern with nice pool and unbeatable location close to public transport. Great-sized, brand-new rooms with comfortable beds.

The room were given was excellent. The staff were friendly, nice and helpful. I do not mind staying at the Innpera if visit Istanbul again

perfectly situated for city explorations and scenic park walks

I loved that this hotel was just a short stroll away from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. I also appreciated how close it was to the beautiful Taksim Gezi Park, perfect for leisurely walks and enjoying nature.

Very good service from the respectful, best staff members. Great breakfast with lots of food...

The hallway lighting was creepy, but the view from the rooftop was nice.

Being in the heart of Taksim square and very close to the Metro station.

Comfortable, spacy and clean room, nice view of the Vosporos, fine breakfast, amenities for spa and gym, location near means of transportation (metro, tram) and city's sightseeing, value for money

Although room was prepaid (non refundable price via booking com), when we arrived late in the evening, there was no availability (due to technical reasons with the airconditioning!!! We were told) and we were transferred for the first night to another Hotel close by, which wasn't as good (fortunately clean enough). But as the next day we were given a vary spacy room in Innpera Hotel with great view, and service by the Innpera personnel was very good, we left satisfied overall
